This past weekend Andrew's parents came to visit us. At one point we went to the nature park in town and played Frisbee Golf. Mom and Dad had bought two sets of discs the day before so we wanted to give them a try.
They game is just like golf. You have a driver, mid range and a putter disc. The disc you choose to throw depends on your distance from the "hole" (which happens to be a metal basket). The discs are weighted differently and each will fly a certain distance.
The discs were hard to throw, plus the wind kept making them curve way off course. Other than throwing a disk rather than hitting a ball, the game is very similar to golf. The course we played on was a lot harder than I expected. I had thought that we would have a bunch of open space in which to throw, but if you look at hole two (pictured below) you will see that is not the case.

I would highly suggest that everyone try this game at least once. The best part about this game is no sand traps! :)
