This sight in my house is something that made me very happy today. These are my choices of flowers for the arrangement I will be making for a wedding cake. I admit it is extremely refreshing to have fresh flowers in my kitchen. It is one of the small things in life that make me smile. This is especially true when it is dark and wet outside and spring is still far off.

Aside from all of this, this is the first time I get to make a large floral arrangement. Lately I have been getting apprehensive about next semester. I am taking all but one of my floral classes at the same time and I have been worried about not being any good at it. I know that once I get all of the techniques under my belt things will go fine. This arrangement will be great practice for next semester. Be looking for these flowers on top of a cake some time soon.
