This semester I have done a lot of branching out. My goal was to stretch my self so that I can learn more about life and the things happening around me.
One of the things that I have always wanted to get better, and thanks to Jill have been able to do this semester, is getting in shape. Jill is in the Exercise Science program and needed to train someone on free weights, speed/agility, cardio workouts, etc. She has been training me for three weeks now and I LOVE it! Its nice to have someone there who can push you to do better, but can also teach you correct techniques.
Although my muscles have been sore I have loved learning how to train them. On top of that all of this working out has been great for getting more energy. Thanks Jill!
