Florabundance

One of the companies we visited was called Florabundance....and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. They take great pride in their flowers and the people that work for them. Its owner is one of the nicest men I have ever met and both growers we visited were very kind to us. They showed us all of their facilities and really demonstrated a vast knowledge and love for what they do. Their work is amazing and I know that I will be buying from them if I get the chance.

We visited a Gerber Daisy and a Rose grower. When we walked into the Gerber grower, it felt like we had walked into a world of color. The scene that met our eyes looked like something from the fields of Holland. There were Gerber's in all colors as far as the eye could see. As it turns out their greenhouses covered 5 acres! You could not get through those greenhouses with out a smile on your face.

One of my favorite colors of Gerber.

Do you see all of that color! It feels like it goes on forever.

This was their cooler. It was jammed full of flowers.

  1. So I don't know why I wasn't notified of your previous posts, but I wasn't. So this comment is for the past several posts. I'm so glad you enjoyed your California trip and wish we could have seen you (but I know school trips get BUSY). Where did you go to see the Redwoods? I love Muir Woods (did we take you and Andrew there when you came?), but I think my favorite place that I've been is Big Basin (probably because it was my first time seeing them).

The flowers you did for Stake Conference were gorgeous!!! Such a fun talent to have!
